On the subject of salt, the SWR Story presents analysis results from the CRC Microplastics

For the television programme SWR Story "The battle for the best salt - how cheap becomes expensive", CRC Microplastics analysed various samples of table salt for microplastics and presents the results (from minute 37). For centuries, salt was considered white gold. It lost its value with the invention of the refrigerator. The SWR Story embarks on an exciting search for clues: Which salt has which benefits? When is the price reasonable, when is it exaggerated? And why is expensive salt still bought? (The programme is available until 12.12.2025)
